If you served with a man who is not in the
roster, please send us as much information as you can recall.
Ideally/ultimately, for each man who
served, we would like to know the following:
Name (first, middle initial, last
name and nickname).
Company, platoon, squad and dates
for each company in which served.
Highest rank achieved while with
the 1/12 or supporting it.
Date(s) wounded in action, if you
had malaria, etc.
Honors, medals, awards received.
Contact information (Ideally an
email address, mailing address and phone number but whatever
you're comfortable sharing.)
Note that contact information is not
available over the web nor is it made public. Should another
veteran (or his family) wish to reach out to you, we will send
you their information and you can choose to respond or not.
Also note that while we have the
names of almost 4,000 men who served with the 1/12, we only have
contact information for about 10% of them.
