The great response to our reunion has filled up our contracted rooms. As of June 20, 2012 Hotel Contessa is no longer taking discounted room reservations. Please seek surrounding hotels for accommodations, or call the hotel to check if their cancellations. Reservations: 866.435.0900
You are responsible for your accommodations.
Hotel Contessa PARKING is available across the street from the hotel and is $12.00 a day, as long as you do not leave the lot during the day. If you leave during the day, cost will be another $12.00 when you return. It's still less expensive than valet parking.

The Hotel Contessa does not provide shuttle services. The San Antonio Airport’s primary shuttle company is AirportExpress. Shuttles depart the airport to downtown hotels every 15 minutes, between 7:00 am to 1:30 am. AirportExpress tickets are accessible through the ticket kiosk located at the airport or reservations may be made in advance online at www.saairportshuttle.com. One way fare: $18.00, Round trip: $32.00.

NOTE: In the past, Breakfasts were part of the registration fee. Lunches have always been on your own. The reason breakfasts are not include this year is that it was determined that the cost per person was less if you purchased breakfast from the hotel restaurant, Las Rambla. For you, this was less expensive than a contracted breakfast and a higher registration fee.
Come comfortable for registration. Ladies may dress casual for all day events. For all Red Warriors, our attire for Thursday's opening ceremonies at 15:00 is simple...our Association uniform is blue jeans , Red Warrior T-Shirt (first timers to the reunion will be issued a shirt and cap at registration) and a Red Warrior cap. On Day Two, Friday, the morning attire is the same, our Red Warrior T-shirt and our Red Warrior cap. In the morning we will have our Company group pictures taken. Afternoons: Casual. The Saturday Night Banquet is a bit more formal. For men, sport coats, with or without ties, are appropriate, or wear your military uniform. You are encouraged to wear your military medals. For the ladies, no formal gowns ...just "going to church" clothes.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring your own camera of course, and bring a small pocket sized pad of paper and a pencil ...you'll be writing down addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of new found buddies. To view a few pictures from the 2010 reunion select the link to the right.
A great time! Lots of laughs, a few lumps in your throat, a sense of pride, meeting old friends, meeting new friends, and a lot of "Do you remember..." You are encouraged to bring your Vietnam memorabilia and photo collections to share. Again, don't forget to bring your camera!
Our PX will be on site and will have limited items for sale, brass and cloth Unit crests, 4th Division patches, decals, etc. Other Red Warrior Authors may also have their books for sale. A link to our PX is to the right. A limited number of extra shirt and caps will be available while supplies last.
