I wanted to bring all the Red Warriors up to date and provide a run down on the 2010 reunion. First, we missed all of the Red Warriors that were not able to attend and those that had health issues were in our thought and prayers. I would like to personally thank all the Red Warriors that attended the reunion your being there is what makes our reunions so special. Thank you very much. Roger and Mary Hill did a wonderful job and we will surely miss them as officers in the Red Warrior Association and reunion coordinators. Roger will remain the website PX chairman and he has agreed to be the custodian for all of our property.
Whitney Echols
Jim Daniels hit a grand slam again with his wonderful talents with the research and production of Hill 875 DVD. There was a total of 184 attendees and we hope to increase that number at the next reunion. The hotel staff did another wonderful job and I received so many comments how much they loved the Red Warriors to come to the Double Tree. I personally did!
I did not receive any complaints from anyone. We all shared stories, laughed some and cried some. Frank Wise did a wonderful job recruiting Red Warriors from C Company Weapons Platoon to come to the reunion. We had a total of about 30 new Red Warriors that had never attended a reunion. Most of them told me they were astounded what the reunion meant to them.
We are now organized different. I was honored being once again elected President. Dave Dresia was elected Secretary and Tim Swan was elected Treasurer. We now have two Board Members: Dave Kraft and Norm Goodin. Harrison Kohler is our Legal Advisor and Jerry Hollister is our Financial Advisor. READ BOARD MINUTES

Please mark your calendars for the next reunion and contact your Red Warrior buddies and encourage them to attend. Lets all try hard to find missing Red Warriors and help Lou Roumagoux keep our roster up to date. There will not be any more mail outs to keep you informed only emails and postings on the website. If you have a Red Warrior buddy that does not have a computer please keep him informed via telephone. Jim Daniels wants more photos for the Red Warrior Archives Collection. Jim provided instructions how to submit your photos during registration. Those that did not attend the reunion can email Jim at daniels.james@marshfieldclinic.org or call him after 4:30PM CST at 715-384-8117.
I would like to challenge HHC, A, B, C, D and E Companies, B Battery 4/42 Arty and 1st Platoon B Company, 4th Engineers to recruit more of your members to attend the 2013 reunion.
I am extremely proud of all of you that contributed to the 1st 12th Family Readiness Group (FRG). You did an unbelievable job by raising $12,000. You don't know how much your contributions were appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Respectfully, Whitney
