COST: The registration cost for this three day event is $185.
Our reunion, Sept 3-5, 2018, follows Labor Day Weekend, so please register early and make Hotel reservations as soon as possible
This year's reunion has no planned daytime activities in order to allow attendees as much time as possible to reconnect and share memories with their buddy's. Ample "On your own" time provides opportunities to visit and experience the many cultural and entertaining sites of the Milwaukee area.
Once again we will provide a "Help a Red Warrior" option on the Registration Form. If you can help a fellow Red Warrior to defray costs, it would be appreciated. During the 2016 reunion we were able to assist several Red Warriors to attend because of your generous contribution. See Registration Form.
Prior attendees bring your RW Cap and Red Warrior shirts. If you have never attended a Red Warrior reunion, then a Red Warrior cap and T- shirt will be provided FREE. We welcome all first timers to our reunions. You'll have a great time!
And for the first time we are offering, as on option, a 24 page 2018 Reunion Memory Book. The book will include individual or couple photos of each Red Warrior & guest attending, candid photos of the three day event, Group Company photos, and more. A great keepsake.
On the Registration Form make sure to check the box indicating that you would like this book. Cost is $20. Only a limited supply will be offered after the reunion. The finished books will be mailed to your home after it's compiled. Allow 8 weeks for delivery.
Last day of Registration is August 25, 2018. Last day to request a refund is August 31, 2018. Fees are are not refundable after that date.

Grants to be offered
Through the generosity of fellow Red Warriors, a limited amount of funds will be donated through our registration process and set aside to provide grants to help defray reunion costs.
If your find yourself desiring to attend but are financially hindered, you can apply privately and confidentially for either a registration fee waiver, hotel waiver or both. Partial grants may also be offered. To view our guidelines for this process - CLICK HERE.
Simply write us a letter or email Frank Wise at Frankwise61@yahoo.com explaining your situation, along with your contact information (address, phone, email, etc) and our Reunion Fund Committee will prioritize the applications to ensure that assistance is given to the Red Warriors most in need. Your correspondence to us will remain private and confidential. Letters must be received by April 1, 2018 You will be notified of our decision to your request by April 30, 2018.

TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT
The route from General Billy Mitchell International Airport is approximately 20-30 minutes by car. A shuttle is available from the hotel for a fee of $15 per person. 48 hour advance notice required. Shuttle reservation number to be posted in the future. Prices subject to change.
Driving From General Mitchell International Airport
Head north on I-94/Milwaukee/Chicago Take the exit toward I-94/I-894 W/Madison. Follow signs for I-894 N/US 45N. Use the left lane to take exit 1B to merge onto I-94 W toward W Madison. Take exit 301A for Moorland Road S. Turn Left on Pinehurst Drive T.

PX WILL BE ON-SITE
Our PX will be on site during registration and will have a limited number of items for sale at discounted prices during the Reunion. Extra Red Warrior T-shirts may be purchased, limited caps available, unit crest pins, RW coffee mugs, decals and patches, DVDs, Regimental Greeting Cards and more. Cash or check only. Sorry, no credit cards.
It's too early yet to finalize the menu. We can tell you that breakfasts are covered in your hotel reservation and each evening has a meal planned. You're on your own for lunches.
WHAT TO WEAR
Come comfortable for registration. Ladies may dress casual for all day events. For all Red Warriors, our business meeting at 1800 is casual. Our Association uniform is blue jeans, Red Warrior T-shirt and a Red Warrior cap. Free cap and shirt for all first time RW's will be issued during your on-site registration. For all business meetings and the company pictures, the Red Warrior attire is the only appropriate one.
Company Dinners on Tuesday - attire is casual.
Final Night Banquet on Wednesday is a bit more formal. For men, sport coats, with or without ties, are appropriate, or wear your military uniform. You are encouraged to wear your military medals. For the ladies, no formal gowns, just "going to church" clothes.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring your own camera of course, and bring a small pocket sized pad of paper and a pencil as you may be writing down addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of newfound buddies.
Prior attendees, bring your Red Warrior Cap and RW Shirts. Red Warrior T-shirts and cap will be provided to first time Red Warrior attendees. Extra caps and shirts are available from the on-site PX.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A great time! Lots of laughs, a few lumps in your throat, a sense of pride, meeting old friends, meeting new friends, and a lot of "Do you remember..." You are encouraged to bring your Vietnam memorabilia and photo collections to share. Again, don't forget to bring your camera! `
